Helen Phagava graduated from the Tbilisi State Medical University (MD, PhD) and University of London (MPH). She works at the Tbilisi State Medical University (Associate Professor). She is author of 89 scientific publications and one book. She speaks Georgian and Russian, English, French, Italian, Spanish and German. 

She has been painting since 2021. She is a member of the Georgia Artists League and participated in 13 group exhibitions and 2 online contests (Spandan International Award for Excellence in Art).
